Kenny B. was able to sit down with Cindy Shultz for a few hours in the patio seating area of the historic Farnsworth House .....Cindy is an intelligent, easygoing and confident woman who runs her tour- not with an iron fist, but with her heart and input from her guides. Although she admits to not having a business degree, I believe many employers could take some lessons from Cindy on how to treat their employees.
